*Sterling Silver Care Instructions:
Sterling silver is susceptible to tarnish – this is a natural reaction the metal has with chemicals in the air. Frequent light polishing with a polishing cloth designed for sterling silver — such as this one— will help minimize tarnish. You can also wash your jewelry with mild dish soap and warm water — be sure to rinse completely and dry thoroughly before storing your jewelry. If tarnish is left untreated for lengthy time periods, it may be more difficult to remove and may require professional cleaning.
It is also important to avoid exposing sterling silver jewelry to harsh chemicals like chlorine, cosmetics, hair spray, and perfume, and to avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight.
*Gold and Gold Plated Care Instructions:
When removing your gold or gold plated jewelry, clean with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth or polishing cloth — to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold using a soft jewelry cloth helps restore shine. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
